The 3D Printer FlashForge Hunter is definitely one of our favourites, and it’s often used at our office. This time we chose to 3D print two tiny owls, to show you how small details it can print, and how beautiful the results actually turn out.
In the image above we used a coin as a reference object, to give you a better idea of how small the printed objects are. The “big” owl is 3 cm tall, and the small owl is about 1.5 cm tall.
We printed using the snow white resin from Fun To Do, and used some pigment to get the grey colour.
The 3D model of the owl was downloaded for free from Thingiverse.com.
